Care that respects your time, your budget, and your pet

Honest, posted pricing

Our routine prices are listed on every service page. No surprise invoices, no upsell theater — you'll know the number before you book.

No-pressure care

We tell you what your pet actually needs, not the kitchen sink. If a watch-and-wait is the right call, that's what we'll say.

You're part of the decision

We walk you through the X-rays and the options before we recommend anything. The best care happens when families understand the why.

What pet owners say

Real reviews drive the decision — so we put them front and center.

Took my 14-year-old lab in for a quality-of-life consult and never felt rushed. Dr. Chen explained the options clearly, no upsell, no pressure. We left with a plan that fit our family. Hard to put a price on that.
Jamie L.
Switched from a chain clinic. Difference is night and day. Same-day urgent appointment when my cat stopped eating, full explanation of what was happening, fair pricing. Won't go back to the old place.
Marcus R.
Great care, but morning appointments fill up fast — book a few days out for routine visits. The text reminders are clutch.
Priya N.
Honest about what my puppy did and didn't need vaccine-wise. Didn't push the kitchen sink. Refreshing.
Tom B.
Dental cleaning estimate matched the final bill to the dollar. They walked me through the X-rays before suggesting an extraction. No surprises.

Common questions

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

We're appointment-based for routine care so we can give each pet our full attention. For same-day concerns, call us in the morning — we hold spots for urgent visits. True emergencies should always call ahead so we can prepare.

What should I bring to our first visit?

Vaccination records from your prior vet (if any), a list of current medications, and the food brand you're feeding. If your pet is anxious, a familiar blanket or toy helps. We'll handle the rest.

Are you taking new patients?

Yes. We aim to see new patients within 1–2 weeks for routine visits, sooner for household members of current clients. Call us or use the booking form — we'll confirm within one business day.

Do you accept pet insurance?

Payment is due at the time of service, and we'll provide an itemized invoice you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. We work with all major pet insurance plans this way. We also accept CareCredit and ScratchPay if you need to spread larger costs over time.

Where do I park?

Free parking in our lot off Tide Mill Road. The two spaces nearest the entrance are reserved for emergency drop-offs.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes — through CareCredit (12-month interest-free options for qualifying balances) and ScratchPay (multi-month installment plans approved at checkout). For routine wellness care, our prices are straightforward and posted on each service page.

What happens if my pet has an emergency after hours?

Call our after-hours line at (555) 273-8801 for guidance. For true emergencies, our partner ER is Cape Atlantic Animal Emergency (open 24/7) at 980 Harbor Highway, about 8 minutes away. If you're unsure whether it's an emergency, call us first — we'd rather you call too often than too little.

Can I tour the hospital before booking?

Yes. We do brief tours on Wednesday afternoons (2pm – 4pm) or by appointment for anxious pets or first-time clients. Call to arrange a time.

Ready when you are

Book online in under a minute, or call and we'll find a time that works. New patients are always welcome.
